Colleen Bero-Lehmann has dedicated her legal career to helping employees in need. Colleen’s decision to go to law school was precipitated by an event in her own employment when she realized that she and her fellow workers were in need of representation. At Marquette University Law School Ms. Bero-Lehmann focused her attention in the area of Labor and Employment Law and joined the Labor and Employment Law Section. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University School of Law and was publicly recognized for her pro bono work.

Upon graduation, Ms. Bero-Lehmann, began helping workers in the Milwaukee area who had been injured or discriminated against at work. In 2003 she moved to the Madison area and began assisting employees throughout the State of Wisconsin. Colleen now practices in all areas of employment litigation, including in the areas of worker's compensation, employment discrimination, disability accommodation and wage and hour claims. In addition, Ms. Bero-Lehmann represents individuals in Social Security Disability Claims, State Employee Trust Fund Disability, Duty Disability Claims and Long Term Disability Claims. She has appeared before numerous circuit courts throughout the state as well as the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is a frequent lecturer on issues involving worker’s compensation and a member of the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys.

Ms. Bero-Lehmann spends much of her free time at the West Madison Little League Field, various soccer fields and swim meets throughout Madison, WI.
